Appointment Reports

The Appointment Reports allow you to manage your appointment book. Schedules can be printed the night before to have them ready for your employees when they come in the next morning.

Work Tickets

Work Tickets can be used to provide a paper trail for customer sales. Work Tickets are not required to utilize the software, but are an option for those that want to use them.

Percent Booked

Manage your appointment book by tracking the Percent Booked for each employee.

Appointment Percentage Mark Off

Request Analysis

Know which employees are being requested to evaluate your staff.

Booking Styles

Each Employee can have their own timings, booking style, for the services they perform. With the computer knowing the booking styles mistakes are eliminated and a new person on the desk can book appointments.

Standing Appointments

Standing Appointments are appointments that repeat at a regular interval, say every four weeks. Standing appointments are added to the book automatically when the appointment book is started.

Special Bookings

The Special Bookings are for customers that require extra time for their service. A customer that has waist length hair or someone in a wheel chair may require extra time to complete. Instead of a list at the front desk, the computer will automatically allocate extra time based upon the customer name and services desired eliminating front desk errors.

Appointment Log

The Appointment Log shows all activities in the appointment book including booking, confirming and cancellations. This is an
invaluable tool to track mistakes in the appointment book.
